Built and led high-performing, multicultural teams; delivered live presentations and curated events; and created special sales programs that increased engagement, repeat bookings, and brand loyalty.

Future Cruises & Loyalty Program

Led onboard Future Cruise Sales and loyalty initiatives, on board Viking Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines, focused on repeat bookings and long-term guest engagement. Designed and hosted live events and experiential showcases, collaborated closely with shipboard and shoreside teams, and developed personalized offers and loyalty benefits that increased retention, onboard revenue, and lifetime customer value.

Served as external consultant supporting Syte’s expansion into the jewelry and diamond industry. Introduced strategic clients and partners, adapted the brand’s marketing materials for the category, led the company’s first JCK Las Vegas presence, and facilitated key industry introductions to accelerate credibility and market entry.
