Led onboard Future Cruise Sales and loyalty initiatives, driving repeat bookings and long-term guest engagement. Hosted special events, live presentations, and curated experiential showcases to increase awareness and demand for expedition and river cruises, as well as destination-focused journeys including Alaska, Iceland, Antarctica, World Cruises, and other immersive itineraries. Designed and executed high-impact onboard sales strategies, collaborated closely with ship and shoreside teams, and strengthened brand loyalty through personalized offers, exclusive benefits, and experience-led storytelling that maximized retention, onboard revenue, and lifetime customer value.

Served as host and brand ambassador for luxury jewelry trunk shows, presenting collections through live events and private consultations. Created engaging, story-driven experiences that elevated brand perception, built guest trust, and drove high-value sales for renowned jewelry brands.
Fine Art Gallery & Auctions
A Department head of the onboard art program and one of the first professionals in the cruise line’s art program. From 1994 to 2008, built and managed successful art programs aboard mega-liner as well as small luxury ships, creating highly profitable marketing and sales campaigns across multiple cruise lines. Led and motivated multicultural teams, executed live auctions, exhibitions, and educational seminars, and served as the primary onboard revenue driver while maintaining strong relationships with ship and shoreside management. Land-Based Project Overview
Led marketing and consulting projects across luxury retail, art, jewelry, technology, and creative commerce. Key roles included marketing for the Israel Museum Shop, VP of Marketing at Lusix (2018–2019), and brand development for dozens of artists and designers. Built and managed e-commerce websites, developed brand positioning and content, and consulted land retailers in the art, gifts, and travel sectors. Also advised tech companies such as Syte on entering the jewelry and diamond industry, and launched DogToonGifts, alongside publishing an illustrated book.

Led Lusix’s marketing and brand growth during its formative years, establishing brand positioning, visual identity, and digital presence. Represented the company at major industry trade shows, led partner outreach and presentations, and built the company’s website and online footprint to support global business development and strategic partnerships.
Technology & Ecommerce Initiatives
Served as an external consultant supporting Syte’s expansion into the jewelry industry. Syte is an AI-powered visual search, product discovery, and recommendation platform used by leading retailers to enhance online shopping experiences. Introduced prospective clients and strategic partners, adapted and enhanced the brand’s marketing kit for jewelry and diamonds, led the company’s first presence at JCK Las Vegas, and facilitated key industry relationships, including introductions between Syte’s CEO and the leadership of the Israel Diamond Bourse, helping establish credibility and accelerate market entry.
